Welcome to the Alwoodley, Roundhay and Moortown Children’s Centres where you will find a range of services for families with children under 5 years including:
- Support and advice on parenting, education, housing, debt and access to specialist services for families
- Drop in Stay and Play sessions where you can play alongside your child and meet other families
- Links to child and family health services, including breastfeeding support
- Links to Jobcentre Plus and Adult Education including ESOL classes
- Information and access to local childcare options and home based child carers (childminder) services
- Information on local services and events
If you are interested in becoming a centre volunteer, accessing training, starting or returning to work, please speak to a member of staff to discuss the support and opportunities on offer.
If you don’t want to come to us, we can come to you. Staff are able to offer home visits to discuss some of the services that are offered in our centres. Simply phone us to arrange on 0113 2170134.
